Our head composer, Patrick Neher, has composed performance music for classical and jazz players, and has arranged the music of pop, jazz, and folk musicians for symphonic and chamber music settings. He has also written music for classical and modern dancers and film-makers. As a member of ASCAP, he has been awarded numerous prizes, commissions and royalties. His music has been performed around the world and recorded on numerous labels.
Acoustic Art Studio can compose a special piece for you from 30 seconds to 25 minutes in length, having any instrumentation and vocals that you require. We write original jingles, backing tracks, music for trailers and backgrounds, specials occasions. Compositions take the forms of: overtures, concertos, small & large ensembles (string quartets, etc), songs, and symphonies. Commissions are accepted from granting organizations, corporations, and from individuals. We have special rates for non-profit, one-time grants, and ongoing series.

Original compositions, in final form (prices subject to changes. See current pricing PDF):
- Performance Orchestra/Symphonic - $500 per minute. Minimum is 5 minutes
- Performance Chamber Music - $350 per minute. 5 minute minimum
- Composing to movement, scored (dance, film, trailers, etc) - $200/minute, 1 minute minimum
- Jingles, not scored (scored requires recording contract) - $220/minute, 30 sec. min.
